It's Not the Same!

I have a couple of things to update and how should I begin?
First of all, I'm no longer a teacher because I didn't manage to get into NIE. Though I very much like the profession, I think I am much needed in some other career line such as sales and VM just like what I'm doing right now.
I'm trying to build up my hidden potential in my career and hopes to be promoted every now and then. Working full-time has keeping myself very tight and tired. I hardly socialize after work because my shift and off days are so irregular.
My daddy is having a month medical leave because he is force to have plenty of rest due to his sudden heart attack recently. My daddy is banned from doing heavy duties such as washing the car, carrying heavy stuffs and any other things that can affect his conditions.
We will be getting a maid soon next month to assist mummy doing the household chores.
So everything It's Not the Same anymore!

Nikon Trial

Photography has been my recent hobby.
Perhaps, this is my another 'hidden' talent I got.
Shooting a photograph sounds simple.
But is your photograph taken in good quality?

Interest is what it takes for me to participate the Nikon D90 Photography Workshop and learnt from a professional photographer, Mr Steven Yee.

I came with an empty mind of not knowing how to adjust the 'ISO' sensitivity, 'shutter speed' and other functions available for me to experiment on before the workshop.

However, results have shown that nothing is impossible if you put in great effort.

Well, do enjoy and critic on my Mummy's artificial flowers trial shots. :)

I advice to all wanna-be photographers like me,
Please be more patient and sensitive to your skills.

3 Years of Hardwork, Determination & Perseverance

19 May 2009 celebrates one of my greatest achievements in my life.
Thank God for making my dreams come true.
Here are some of my Graduation photos which I have taken.
Myself with my little Hidden Hood.

Myself with my dearie Mummy & Aunt.

And of course, my daddy and my sister who was busy snapping my photos on that day.

The moment I have been waiting for 3 years...

My course manager, Mr Da Silva who never fails to give me his strong encouragement and motivation.

Myself with my 2 great girlfriends, Ainnie & Syarfah.
I will miss seeing you, working on our projects and have our meals together everyday!

I wish that holding this Diploma in Retail Management with Merit will allow me to open another wonderful chapter in my life.

Thank you God and I believe you have already set the best plot for my future. :)

Teacher's Updates...

My recent updates would be very minimal as I have nothing much and new to share especially to those who already know what I have been doing lately.

The markers, red pen, paper cuts and headaches have been my most loyal friends on the weekdays. Educating my fellow students is one of my greatest goals as a teacher. Though I have not make any decision whether or not to stay in this teaching line, the 3 months training experience is really beyond my expectations. Some parents are complaining that they are tired looking after their 2 hyper-active kids at home. But can you imagine myself having to handle 3 to 4 classes with each class of approximately 35 students? Nightmare isn't it?

But fortunately, I have the strong determination to use my 'power' as the teacher to tell my students to do the right things and doing things right.

Well anyway, I am still waiting for the proposed letters from the respective institutions. The swine flu just hinders my way from going overseas. So, what I did was to tour around the exciting places in Singapore whenever I'm free.

Here are some of my recent pictures...

In Mint Toy Museum

In Singapore Flyer

Images of Singapore, Sentosa

Fort Siloso Heritage Tour, Sentosa

Under Water World, Sentosa

Asian Civilisation Museum.

On a bum-boat at Boat Quay!
